DELIVERY TO THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
An order is defined as one shipping method selected for delivery to one address. Order value is calculated before tax. For items that are on sale or discounted, the order value is calculated using the original price.

STANDARD DELIVERY offers delivery to your front door (if the destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order will be delivered inside the entrance to the building, but not to your apartment door). The typical delivery window is 3-10 business days from the day your order is shipped. Standard Delivery does not include unpacking, assembly or removal of packing materials.
ROOM DELIVERY is available for an extra $99 and offers the same shipping window and services included in our Standard Delivery service, plus, your delivery will be brought in and placed in your room of choice. We recommend this service to customers in apartments, multi-unit buildings or offices. Room of Choice Delivery does not include unpacking, assembly or removal of packing materials. It also does not include moving of existing items.
DELIVER & INSTALL includes a delivery appointment, inside delivery, assembly and placement in your room of choice, and removal of all packing materials. The delivery window for Deliver & Install service is typically 2-3 weeks from the day your order is placed. Due to size, weight or fragility, we recommend the use of White Glove service on select items (noted in their product descriptions). White Glove Delivery does not include wall mounting, electrical or structural changes, or assembly of Cubitec Shelving. Deliveries requiring cranes or window removal are available, subject to additional charges.
